Founded in 2018, Dollie & Stella was born from Jo Sadler’s vision of an ethical, inclusive, and community-centered salon experience, paying homage to her grandmothers Dollie and Stella.
While our roots are in Marrickville, where our salon was originally located, we’re thrilled to announce our relocation to Wilson Street in bustling Newtown. Our expansion to Newtown signifies a new phase of collaboration with local businesses in Sydney’s inner West, nurturing community, sustainability and education.
Our specialty lies in high-end hair services delivered in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, our cozy space promises a personalized touch for every client. It’s about 8 minutes walk from the nearest train station (Newtown). the staff will greet you as soon as you open the door. offer you drinks from water, coffee and the like. services offered: haircut, colour, foils.. from silver hair to beautiful hair again. thank you for the exemplary service and making me feel beautiful and sexy again.

Not only have they have created the most welcoming and beautiful space, but the entire team are incredible at what they do.
